New Stack analysis, this time of one of Ajax's competitors → PSV. Always with the objective to go even further than just looking at a player's page on SorareData. I took into account some of your feedback to try to improve the analysis, I hope you like it!

Observation of results
On these pictures you can see a simulation of the last 20 GW where PSV could participate. To choose the 5 players at each GW I took in priority the starters I defined above and if a starter had a DNP (injury, suspension, ...) I put one of the 3 substitutes according to their L20 and their availability.
So I voluntarily chose to pick Götze for GW 202, and Carlos for GW 215 and 221 because they started the game so we could not have anticipated in advance that he would not play more than 60 minutes.
Only one GW with a DNP player: GW 203 where no midfielder participated in the game.
Average over the 20 GW:
Goalkeeper ➞ 38.9pts

For comparison, I re-run a GW simulation for Ajax (Starters: Pasveer, Martinez, Alvarez, Tadic and Timber | Substitutes: Blind, Gravenberch and Antony) Here are the results:
Goalkeeper ➞ 60.13pts (PSV ➞ - 21.2pts)
Defenders ➞ 78.97pts (PSV ➞ - 21.2pts)
Midfielders ➞ 57.73pts (PSV ➞ + 1.5pts)

⇒ For midfield and the attack, there is not much difference between Ajax and PSV. It's mainly the defense and the goalkeeper of PSV that are much weaker than their competitor (Ajax: 4 goals conceded in 18 league games against 22 goals conceded by PSV)

Recommendations and conclusion
If you want to make a full PSV stack →
Keeper: At the moment, Drommel is not reliable at all, he pulls the stack down way too much. So I would advise you to buy another keeper while waiting to see if PSV concede less in next GWs.
Defenders: Boscagli and Ramalho are good defenders compared to the average but they are way too weak against players like Martinez, Timber or Blind. If you have a budget that doesn't allow you to buy these 3 stars, I think they are good alternatives for their price.
Midfielders: Sangaré is one of the best midfielders in Sorare, he's a safe bet (be careful, he's currently at the CAN). Gutierrez, who is earning his place, is doing very well (better than players like Alvarez, Gravenberch and even Götze). Götze is a good player but is not in his best form at the moment. Observe him in his next games. Van Ginkel has a relatively correct scoring but he has lost his place in the starter 11 for the moment.
Be careful because Joey Veerman arrived at PSV very recently and I think he will change the hierarchy, so I think we have to wait and see how the squad evolves to make decisions.
Strikers: Gakpo is one of the best strikers in the game. He even surpasses Tadic on his L20 (beware Tadic is on 19 games/20 and he on 13/20) and in addition he is only 22 years old so he can participate in U23 until July 2023. Carlos is a good alternative, which is less efficient than Gakpo or the strikers of Ajax but also much cheaper. It is a low-cost solution. Bruma is interesting but we don't have enough data to make an opinion yet. I don't recommend Zahavi because he is 34 years old and doesn't have an excellent scoring record, on top of that he has been injured for 9 GW.
